I had a problem with organising my day for ages. Never ending TODO lists leading to frustration and consequently to procrastination. Exhaustion from context switching. The feeling that I haven't actually done anything today. Finally a few weeks ago I had a breakthrough. I call it the 3 + 2 rule.
Sometimes I feel it's just not my day. I start being cranky and negative which has severe effects on my productivity. I've been trying to do something about it as it occurs rather often, so far not with much luck. Does anyone have any trick how to solve it?
